: (1) The management committee shall establish the following priority for payment of the obligations of the troubled organization or association:-
(a) Payment of savings to members as per the conditions prescribed at the time of depositing savings,
(b) If the property of such organization or association or the property as per clause (l) of section 106 is government outstanding dues or any entitlements, payment of the amount of such outstanding dues or entitlements,
(c) payment by persons making advance payment of apartment or land to the concerned institution or association,
(d) Payment of funds to creditors of troubled institutions or associations.
(2) According to this section, if the assets of such organization or association are not enough to pay all the obligations of the organization or association, the management committee may return the member's savings and pay other obligations at the rate of Damasahi. While returning the members' savings, priority should be given to the small savers designated by the management committee.
